However , new telephone cable construction will be required in conjunction with the site development. Our engineering will begin when we are notified of your construction schedules and telephone requirements. It will be the developers responcibility to provide a suitable combination of conduit and trenching and/or riser conduit to accommodate our network communications cable within the confines of the complex. Provide� that an acceptable combination of conduit and/or trenchi��g are incorporated into yo�r project to accommodate our entrance cable, there will be no costs to the developer for our cable. If a rearrangement of existing cablec on premise or on the right- of-way is necessary, appropriate charges will be ectimated and our Guaranty of Payment form will be forwarded to you for your signature. Prior to commencement of our engineering for such rearrangement, a deposit will be required. To insure timely telephone service, we request 90 days lead time for engineering, procurement, and installation of cable and/or our equipment.
