These comments address building issues only, aclditional <br />revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br />or Fire). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the <br />State of Washington and /or Washington State Gnergy Code 1994, Ist Edition, unless <br />stated otherwise. <br />As a"basic" set of plans that will be used for more than one project, we cannot <br />"red mark" cortections because of the chance of missing one or two sets. <br />The items below must be shown accurately on the plans (not just noted) to avoid <br />confusion during construction. <br />In addition two oc mplete e� of drawings must be returncd. <br />A.
