The site should be grAded to <br />provide proper drainage awaY from the wetland. <br />�� <br />� <br />L..� <br />� <br />� <br />•• � <br />In order t� minimize erosion problems durinq constrt�ction, we <br />recommend tha construction taka place durinq the dry summer <br />months. To minimize the potential for significant adverse off-site <br />effects during construction, we recommend that anchored plastic <br />sheetinq be placed on exposed and stockpiled soils after work hours <br />and durinq extended peric9s of inactivity on the site. We also <br />recommend that a silt fence and hay bales be placed along the <br />downslope side of the excavation between the site and the <br />designated wetland areaa. No material should be stockpiled near <br />the wetland areas. All erosion conti�ol meas�res should conform to <br />the City of Everett requirements. <br />� We recommend landscaping or hydroseedinq exposed soils immediately <br />after construction in order to minimize the potential for long term <br />� erosion. <br />� <br />�I <br />r�uneation 9eaian <br />We recommend the use of an auqer cast pile foundation for the <br />support of the proposed structure. We recommend against usinq <br />driven timber piles, as drivinq the timber pilea could cause damage <br />to the surroundinq buildinqs. <br />Our calculations sugqest that twelve (12) inch diameter auger cast <br />piles which penetrate the native bearinq soils a minimum of three <br />
