Soils rich in <br />organic matter may release methane qas. We recommerid that suitable <br />crawl space and eubslab ventilation be provided to alleviate thia <br />potential hazard. <br />�'�� <br />� A rigid, four (4) inch diameter, perforated drain pipe should be <br />placed around the base of all perimeter grade beams. The pipe <br />� should be bedded in several inches of pea qravel a�d backfilled <br />with at least twelve (12) inches of pea gravel. The foundation and <br />� roof drain should be directed to the storm sewer system in separate <br />tightlines. <br />� <br />y <br />asneral <br />No building plans have been made available to us.
