Everett, Washington Dear Owner/Resfdent; The detention pond located on the southwest corner oF 103rd Place S.E. and 8`" Drive S.E. is in need of repair and clean up. There are currentl;� iwe du�ics and other water foul that are within the fenced area of the pond Since the water foul has been in this area, the water quality ot ;hP nnnd has been severely degraded. 7he City of Everett needs to take corrective action !o clean up the area so water qualiry can be restored to its normal state. In order to do this, we need to remove all live water foul from the detention pond. After that is done, we will remove all structures that have been placed within the pond for sheltering and feeding the birds. If you are the owner of any of these animals, please call me so we can return the animals to you when we remove them. Otherwise, the animals will be either relocated to the wild here in Everett, or taken to an animal care center for disposition. This work will be done sometime during the week of Apr(I 26`".
