'fhe City's second concern is the personal safety of enyone working on Q around the 10�id PL SE <br />pond. To reduce the risk of injury or drowni�g, a fence was conswcted eround the pond to <br />discourage eccess into the pond erea by anyone other than city employees. Access inside the <br />fence requires written prior authorizetion by the ciry. <br />In view of these concems, we are asking for your cooperation and essistance. We ask thet 103`a <br />Place SE residents stop feeding the ducks in the storm water pond immediately.
