The Uniform Buildin� Code provides that ull permits expire by limitation if the work <br />authorized by the pern�it is suspended or abnndoned at any time after work is commenced for a <br />period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent the permits fram expiring without documentution of <br />completion, you may: <br />I) Request inspections of work that has occurred, tr, document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is comple�ed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please provide the permit number when requesting inspections or extensions. Please respond <br />within 10 days.
