Oue to the traffic demands that were expected on 3rd <br />Avenue and the close proximity oP street intersections on the west side of 3rd <br />Avenue S.E., a restriction was placed on the Plat of Cedar Lane that prohibits <br />direct vehicular access off of 3rd Avenue S.E.
