July 22, 2015 <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement between <br />Snohomish County and the City of Everett concerning lease of <br />parking spaces, substantially in the form provided. <br />Presented by Allan Giffen, Planning <br />Alan Dorway, Pastor, First Baptist Church, expressed concern regarding <br />the lack of weekday parking for his parishioners during construction of the <br />new Snohomish County courthouse. <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Modified Maintenance and Repair <br />Agreement for Flood Control and Drainage Facilities located on <br />County property in former Drainage District No. 6. <br />Presented by Dave Davis, Public Works <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br />Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br />Moore, to approve the following consent items: <br />RESOLUTION — CLAIMS <br />To adopt Resolution No. 6880 acknowledging payment of audited <br />and approved claims against the city of Everett in the amount of <br />$2,068,339.06 for the period of July 4, 2015 through July 10, 2015. <br />STREET CLOSURE — ANNUAL HIGH STREET BBQ <br />Authorize the closure of High Street, between 38th and 39th Streets, <br />on August 8, 2015, 4 p.m. to midnight, for an annual High Street BBQ <br />sponsored by High Street Block Watch. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br />Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />220 <br />
