July 22, 2015 <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br />Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />AGREEMENT — CITY STREETLIGHT CONVERSION PROJECT <br />Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br />Murphy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Interagency Grant Agreement <br />with the Washington State Department of Commerce grant funding in the <br />amount of $500,000.00. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br />Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />AGREEMENT — ENVIRONMENTAL CLASSROOM PRESENTATIONS <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Roberts, <br />to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with <br />Triangle Associates, Inc. to provide environmental classroom <br />presentations in the Everett Water Service Area in the amount of <br />$131,100.00. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br />Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />The City Council meeting recessed for an executive session at 1:34 p.m., <br />reconvened, and adjourned at 1:41 p.m. <br />W491 <br />
