r-1 <br />A. . <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br />(9) Reject Bid of Trinity Contractors, Inc of Marysville for the Hawthorne Elementary <br />Safe Route to School Project and authorize a new Call for Bids in early 2016. <br />(10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Modified Maintenance and Repair Agreement for <br />Flood Control and Drainage Facilities located on County property in former <br />Drainage District No. 6. <br />(11) Adopt Resolution stating the City Council's intent to annex to Everett <br />unincorporated Snohomish County Territory on Smith Island. <br />(12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish <br />County and the City of Everett concerning lease of parking spaces, substantially <br />in the form provided. <br />(13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Federal/State Transportation Demand <br />Management Implementation Agreement GCB2156 with Washington State <br />Department of Transportation at no cost to the City, to implement Commute Trip <br />Reduction programs. <br />Executive Session <br />Adjourn <br />Everett City Council agendas can be found, in their entirety, on the City of <br />Everett Web Page at www.everettwa.gov/citycouncil. <br />Everett City Council meetings are recorded for rebroadcast on government - <br />access cable Comcast Channel 21 and Frontier Channel 29 at 12:00 p.m. on <br />Monday and Tuesday; <br />2 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Thursday; 7 p.m. Friday and Sunday; 10:00 a.m., Saturday. <br />The City of Everett does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the <br />admission or access to, or treatment in, its programs or activities.
