r-1 A. . ACTION ITEMS: (9) Reject Bid of Trinity Contractors, Inc of Marysville for the Hawthorne Elementary Safe Route to School Project and authorize a new Call for Bids in early 2016. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Modified Maintenance and Repair Agreement for Flood Control and Drainage Facilities located on County property in former Drainage District No. 6. (11) Adopt Resolution stating the City Council's intent to annex to Everett unincorporated Snohomish County Territory on Smith Island. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Everett concerning lease of parking spaces, substantially in the form provided. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Federal/State Transportation Demand Management Implementation Agreement GCB2156 with Washington State Department of Transportation at no cost to the City, to implement Commute Trip Reduction programs.
