The enlire cul-de-sac is full of dins <br />and low spots becaus� of poor compaction. In fect, there is one spot by the back sewer <br />manhole that hnc actually sunk nlmnst hvo fcet. This hnppenr.d hefore any big ttucks <br />werc ellowcd on thc sitc. Furthermorc, therc are scveral sections of sidewalk that need to <br />be replaced also because of poor wmpaction. Some sections have liternlly begun to pull <br />apart Gom thc curb and Ican in towards thc lol.s I know the City of Everett asked for <br />compaction testing, and it secros that the tcstin� ���nsdt done properly or was incomplete. <br />I know that Clifl'Lindmen, City of Lverctt Public Works Inspector, has spoken m you <br />ahout the rcpairs and you havc rcplicJ that you'd likc to wait until the plat is built out <br />beforc you start. 1 dodt went to wait tl�at long. We've both dort , business with the City <br />of Gverott for n lang time and thcy have bcen good to Iwth of us It's my opinion thet we <br />owe them n quality product that translates into e pul,'ic road and sidewalk that isn't <br />falling apnrt or sinking. While I'm sure your schedul� is busy, this is still important and <br />nceds to be addresscd in a timely manner Tony, you'vc always told mc in person that <br />you back up your work and makc all of tlic ncccssary rcpairs if e pro�ccl isn't completcd <br />to thc City's satisfnction. 1'd likc you to contact me before June 1 G' and we can set a <br />hard target date for your wnrrenly repnirs.
