We <br />have agreed Ihal if you can work out an agreeme�t between Silver Lake Water District (our <br />sewer provider) and lhe City of Everetl (your future sewer provider) that we would do what we <br />could to find an easemenl location within our westerly lots to allow you to connecl to lhe new <br />sewer line we will be installing wilhin the Plat of Acadia. <br />Per your requesl, D. r2. Horton has reviewed Ihe layoul for lhe Plat o( Acadia and found lhal we <br />will likely be able lo provide a sewer easeme��t that would intersect our westeriy property line <br />approximalely 50 feel south of your southerly property line. This would require lhat you work <br />wilh your neighbor on Lol 14 to acquire an easement to yet the new sewer line to your lot.
