The Stem Wall to be poured on the exieting footing <br />24" tall should include: <br />-3 - M4 Bars top <br />3 R4 Bars bottom with p4 vert at 24"o.c. thus: <br />\ ��l- ���'�� � <br />�-� Ex��. �4 a�ti�5 <br />��-'�(�5r- L-�¢ <br />2. The existing footinq at the center of the foundation <br />should not be used. Instead pour two new footings at <br />the 3rd pointe of the foundation. These should be an <br />8" deep by 18" widP fuoting with 4-ii4 at bottom. <br />This pro�edure should bri�g the required soil '�earing pressures <br />to less than 1500 psf.
