Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />7. Connect all rooftop cownspouts to lhe side sewer. <br />8. Connect rooftop dow�spouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />9. Rooftop runoff must Ee discharged to a roof downspoul infiitration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. Widlh _, �epth _, Length _. <br />10. The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to d�scuss potential drainaye <br />routing prior to beginning the project. <br />11. I�istall erosion controi measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />fence, siraw bales, swa'es, or erosion blankets. <br />12. Install erosion control m�asures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />13: Remove erosion control measur�s upon completion of the project prior to final approval of lhe <br />permit. <br />14. All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this :;uilding lot. <br />15. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standa�d Fian #'s 3U5A <br />8 306 on this proposal's (rontage as directed by the Public Works Inspecic' (i,e. all unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area rnust be replaced). <br />16. Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />17. Pave driveway from the fror�t property line out lc the struet paving. <br />18.
