July 29, 2015 <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Roberts who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />AGREEMENT — FLOOD CONTROL AND DRAINAGE FACILIITES <br />Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, <br />to authorize the Mayor to sign the Modified Maintenance and Repair <br />Agreement with Snohomish County for Flood Control and Drainage <br />Facilities located on County property in former Drainage District No. 6. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Roberts who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION — INTENT TO ANNEX <br />Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member Moore, <br />to adopt Resolution No. 6882 stating the City Council's intent to annex to <br />Everett unincorporated Snohomish County Territory on Smith Island. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Roberts who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />AGREEMENT — COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION PROGRAMS <br />Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member Murphy, <br />to authorize the Mayor to sign the Federal/State Transportation Demand <br />Management Implementation Agreement GCB2156 with Washington <br />State Department of Transportation at no cost to the City, to implement <br />Commute Trip Reduction programs. <br />230 <br />
