As <br /> you know,we have discovercd as a result ofthe dye test 1 did snd another later test our crcw did that the <br /> side sewer for your home has been discharging into a nearby catchbasin which drains into Pigeon Creek <br /> #1. <br /> The crcw that rc-dyed your ho�:a also put a television camera into the sewer that runs next to your home, <br /> which also showed the side scwer was not connected. In the next several days, when temperaturcs warm, <br /> the crew will TV the drain line ti:at ycu are connected to ascertain just where you are connected along the <br /> line. Prior to actually connecting to the sanitary uwer you will need to contact Public Works and speak <br /> to the building department about abtaining a connection permit, if it is required at all. <br /> 1 have no doubt you are aware of the urgency of this matter. Water quality testing on the water in the <br /> undergound water detention vault at the end of 48'"PI. SE showed extremely high levels of fecal <br /> coliform bacteria. Rew sewage going into the surface water system is a potential health hazard as well as <br /> illegal. To cortect this problem you are directed to have your home properly plumbed to the scwer no <br /> later then Ja�ivary 13,�001. This is approximately 30 days,which is the time period allowed had this <br /> matter been turned ov:r to the Snohomish Health District. <br /> [have included a schematic diagram showing where,according to our records the stormdrain and senitary <br /> sewer is located.
