PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br /> 4. As per Public Works approved plan dated __ <br /> 5. Connect side sewer per City Standard #60i. <br /> 6. Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br /> 7. Connect all roofiop downspouts to the side sewer. <br /> 8. Connect rooftop downs��outs to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br /> 9. Roottop runoff mus� be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per Cily of Everett <br /> Storm Manual 3�2.6.2. The approxiinate size trench is 3.5'wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br /> attachment for more details. <br /> 10. The contractor must meet with the Public Worhs Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br /> routing prior to beginning the project. <br /> 11. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspeclor, such as silt <br /> fence, straw bales, swa�es, or erosion blankets. <br /> �12: Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br /> ( 13, Remove erosion control measures upon completion o�the project prinr to final approval of the <br /> permit. <br /> 14.
