Pire Department access <br /> roads (Fire Lanes) shall provide a minimum of 20 feet in width of unobstructed, all-season <br /> driving surface with a minimum clear height of 13'6". Fire Lanes will be posted and <br /> maintained as required by the Fire Department. <br /> 2. The required length of the easement access is in escess of 150 feet; therefore, a Fire Marsha( <br /> approved turnaround shall be provided. <br /> 3. Access to the structure on this lot will be excessive. This may be mitigated by the installation <br /> of a residential sprinkler system in compliance with the requirements of NFPA Standard 13D. <br /> Plans for such a system shall be submitted to the Duilding Department and the Fire Department <br /> for review and approval prior to commencement of construction. <br /> A final "in the bucket° test, witnessed by a fire inspector, will be performed prior to <br /> acceptance of the system. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. <br /> Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and Iegibly identified from <br /> the access road. <br /> 5. A �re hydrant is required within 350 driving feet of every structure. <br /> 6.
