Stub-out N4 rebar at envance/exits where concrete porches are located. <br /> 5. 1-3/8" solid core wood door with self closer required at garage entry to house. <br /> 6. 5/R" type 'x' GWB is required on all warm walls, walis supporting living space <br /> and ceilings separating a garage from a living space. Extend GWB to bottom of <br /> roof sheathing. <br /> 7. All point loads from beams headers and trusses, etc, shall be supported by either <br /> multiple studs or posts, show on plans. <br /> 8.
