Mountifleld owns property within the boundaries of LID No. 729 <br /> � � and included in the Final Assessment Roll , and ttius is affected by Ordinance <br /> 1�' No. 1689-90. Mountifleld owns the real property identified by the tax <br /> i ; account numbers and legal desr,riptions 1n Exhibit A, which is attaclied to <br /> this Agreement and incorpor•ated lierein by reference.
