All references refer <br /> to the 2009 International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett and t;�e Washington State Energy Code, 2009 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br /> the euilding Division with two sets of construction document revisions reFlecting the <br /> corredions requested. <br /> 1. The plans, as submitted contain conFlicting information. Sheet A1.1. proposes a "Class One" <br /> hood servicing an oven and a gas stove. Sheet 1, along with the description of the work on the <br /> permit application, proposes a Type 2 hood that services "equipment as provided by restaurant". <br /> In accordance with IMC 507, the determination of hood type is based on the proposed cooking <br /> appliances and what will be cooked with them. Please provide the manufacturers specifications <br /> for the proposed cooking appliances. Please provide a letter ctating whether or not the proposed <br /> cooking will produce smoke or grease.
