All rates and charges so paid shall be credited toward the sewer <br />connection charges applicable at such time as the property is connected. It is the <br />City's i�tent to begin the applicable monthly �?wer service charge, currently $38.40 <br />per month for a single family residence, if this charge has not already been started. <br />A sewer connection to the City of Everett's puolic se�nrer system requires payment of <br />various fees. These connection fees vary by home size, commercial type, and <br />outstanding area bond and/or latecomer charges. T'�is letter is intended for the <br />current owner of the listed property.
