Any qradinq/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact <br />the surroundinq properties. Any retaininq wall grPater than <br />three feet high along a property line must be reviewed and <br />approved by the Planning Department. (SEPA Earth, Land and <br />Shoreline Use Policies) <br />2. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided <br />so that they are not visible from adjacent properties or public <br />rights-of-way. The disposal areas murt be shown on the site <br />plan submitted for building permits. (SEPA Aest-hetics Policies) <br />7. A 6 foot high solid wood fence must be provided along the entire <br />north and west property lines to provide a siqht obscurinq <br />barrier adjacent to the residentially zoned properties. (SEPA <br />Land and Shoreline Use Policies) <br />4. Stormwater on the site must be routed throuqh a grass lined swale <br />prior to disr.harge from the site. The swales must be constructed <br />per City Desiqn Standards. (SEPA Water and Plant and Animal <br />Policies) <br />MITIGATION RBQUIRED BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES <br />1.
