Detailed drawings in accordance with City Desiqn and Construction <br />Standards x.hall be sub�itted to the Public Works Depertment <br />showing site parking layout, landscapinq, utiliti.es, stor�r drain- <br />aqe, temporary construction erosion control, anri all required <br />improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br />Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any <br />permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, <br />approved, and wArranted before the occupancy Permit is .ssu�d. <br />2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt snd debris <br />at all times during construction. Dust suppression and atreet <br />cleaninq must occur at directed by the Public Works lnspector. <br />3. Performance quarantees are required for the curb, gutter and <br />sidewalk. <br />4. Permits must be obtained for all fill removed from the site and <br />placed within the City limits. It takes about 35 days (a SEPA <br />review) to obtain permits for any specific site. There is <br />currently e lack of adequate permitted fill sites within the <br />city limits. <br />5. A one-year quarantee is required on the public street, utility <br />ar,9 site landsca�,ing for an amount not less than 10$ of the cost <br />of construction and shall run for one year from the 9cita of <br />issuance of the first Occupancy Permit for the project. <br />0 <br />7. <br />8. <br />A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention <br />or ottu+r drainage treataent/abatement facilities serving areas <br />larqeL than one acre. <br />On-site watermain will be staked within an easement to the City. <br />The easement will be subiaitted to the City prior Lo the issuance <br />of permits. <br />P.s-builts of stor�r se�aer., sanitary sewer, and water syst.ems will <br />be required to be submitted per City desiyn and construction <br />stanGards and specifications. <br />The Police Department has the following security recommendations: <br />a. The perimeter daors should be solid core with 190 de�c�ree to <br />220 deqree wide angie viewers an3 single cylinder deedbolts with <br />1" throw and at least 3" screws securing striker plate. <br />b. Bay windows should overlook the parkinq lot for increased <br />security of vehicles. <br />c. Slidinq glass doors should have Charlie bars installe�9 for <br />optimum security. <br />5 <br />
