A lanAscaping plea for thie area muet be approved <br />by the Planning Department aad muet contain wetland vegetation es <br />recomoeaded by the Department of Ecology and the Department of Fieheriee. <br />The lander.aping plan should aleo provide for lrrigation eyeteue where <br />neceeearq, euch ae on the elopes above the r.tland. A copy of the <br />landscapiag plan muet be eubmitted to and approved by the Everett Planning <br />Department and the landecaping inetalled or bonded for prior to iseuance <br />of anq building persite on ehe eite (Phaee II activity). (SBPA Water and <br />Plant and Aaiml Policiee) <br />7. A monitoring plan ouet be provided for revegetation of the vetland area in <br />conjunction with the laudecaping plan. A two-year guarantpe for the <br />landecaping vuet be subvitted to the City of Everett. Any vegetation <br />which diee during the tvo year period muet be replaced, oace one year from <br />tiue of plaating and agaiu two yeare from time of original planting. The <br />monitoring plen ehould aleo diecuee additiooal meaeuree that can be taken <br />to protect the wetland area ahauld probleme with adjacent ueee occur Ln <br />the future, euch ae poseible fencing; and it ehculd diecuae correct <br />hydraulic functioning of the wetland and provieione to correct <br />malfunctione.
