2. Prior Co any construcl:ion, wor!< or any oClier activity by Grantor on <br />the easement, a notification ancl �lans for the same shall be su!xnitted in <br />writ.ing to the City by ConCractor and no such consCrur_tion, worl< or activity <br />by Grantor shall be commr_nced wi.11iout City's prior written agreement that the <br />Grantor's proposed constivction, worlt or acClvlCy will not interfcre wiCh the <br />City's easement granted hereln; PROViDED, HOWEVER, any changes or ievlsions in <br />the plans shall also be subject to Ci.ty's prior agreement. The City's review <br />of the Grantor's plans under lhis easemenC shall nol: be deemed to impose any <br />duty or obligation on Che Ctty to determine the adequacy or sufficiency of <br />Grantor's plans and designs nor whether GranCor's constiuction, work or <br />activity is in . conformancc wiCli i�lher applicable plans, codes and <br />regulalions. FurCher, ac�reemenC by Lhe City to such construction, worl< or <br />activity shall not in any manner be considered as imposinc� any obligation, <br />duCy or liability upon the Clty as to Che s:�feCy or propriety of such <br />�onstruction, work or activlty. <br />3. Grantor hereby auChorizes City lo cut, trim and remove any and �11 <br />rush, trees, other vegetaCion or debris upon the easemenl and the rlght of <br />�cess for such purposes. GranCor also authorizes the City to cut, trim and <br />any and all brush, lrecs, ol.lier vegetaClon and dehrls on Grantor's <br />/ whJch, in Che City's reasonab]e juclgment, constituCes a hazard to the <br />easement and the right of acce:>s for s�,�n ��moses. <br />4.
