Public Worka Department appcoval of these <br />drawinga ie required prior to any permits being Ses�ed. All <br />improvementa shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the <br />Occupancy Permit ia lseued. <br />2. City etreete and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debria at all <br />timea during construction. Dust suppreseion and etreet cleaning muet <br />occur ae directed by the Public Worka Inepector. <br />3. Based on Parka and Aecreation Impact Formula used to assess new <br />development impact on existing parka servtce for the community, the <br />propoaed 47 living units would create ad�ltional impact uf .752 acres <br />nn ehe City's park ayetem. Therefore, to mitigate the .752 acres of <br />impact, the _aveloper ie requested to incorpora[e a fenced children's <br />tot lat a minimiim of 40 x 40 fe�t into the propoeed project aite. <br />4. Permite must be obtained for all fill removed from the eite and placed <br />within the City lfmita. It takes about 35 days (a SEPA review) to <br />obtain permi[a for any specific aite. There Is currently a lack of <br />adequate permitted fill eites within the City limics. <br />6. Conaideration ehould be given to potential impact of atorm water <br />drainage on the North Creek Corridor. The project proponent ehould <br />mitignte any propoaed hydraulic impacts through the use of a derailed <br />landRcapiag plaa, sennitive to the North Creek Corridor and Silver Iake <br />Drainage Baeia. It ie highly desirable ta lnclude in thia project's <br />landecape plan a reforestation project for the loes of any aignificant <br />evergreea species, beginning at a minimum of 2 calip=rs. <br />7. Aay on-aite wa[ermain will be etaked wlthin an easement to the City. <br />The easement w111 be submitted to the City prior to the iasuance uf <br />permita. <br />8. As-builta of etorm aewer, sanitary sewer, and water eyeteme aill be <br />requlred ta be submitted per City design and conetruction standarde and <br />qpecificationa. <br />9. :he Police Department has the fallowing security recommendatlons: <br />a. The perimeter doors should be solid core wlth 190 degree to 220 <br />degree wide angle viewers and single cylinder deadbolts wiCh 1" <br />throw and at least 3" screwa securing striker pla[e. <br />-4- <br />
