The liated requirements are placed in response to our review of this information: MITIGATION OF ADVEF2SB IMPACTS BY SSPA 1. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. Any retaininq k�all greater than three feet high along a property line must bo reviewed and approved by the Planning Department. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies) 2. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided so that they are not visible from adjacent propertiea or public rights-of-way. The disposal areas muat be shown on the site plan submitted for building permits. (SEPA Aesthetics Policies) 3. stormwater must ne routed through a 200 foot grass lined swale prior to discharge from the site. (SEPA Water and Land and Shoreline Use Policies) 4.
