The project lies within <br />the City of Everett's )urisdiction. <br />The northerly 100-feet (approximate) of the 12•inch water main is within a 15-foot <br />easoment that adloins the described property. The District requests that a wet tap be <br />performed when connecting to this water main. The 8-inch PVC sewer ma(n is within a <br />15-foot easement already on the described property and a standard sido sewer <br />connection is acceptable.
