You must obtain a fill permit and provide erosion
controls to keep the dirt from running into the wetland
area. This can be accomplished by placing hay or straw
or other approved matting material on the fill. The
slope should be seeded with a grass/legume mix in early
March, 1992.
If you decide to spread the soil out over the property,
specifically, closer to the wetland area:
1. Obtain a wetland report which;
a. Delineates the wetland boundaries
b. Describes the functions and values of the
wetland.
c. Describes the hydrology, vegetation and
habitat of the wetland.
2. Provide a revegetation plan for the wetland and
wetland buffer.
The delineation report should be prepared by a wetland
biologist. Revegetation may be prepared by a
landscaper.
Please contact me February 3, 1992 to discuss your
plans. Be aware that this is a violation of the Zoning
Code subject to formal enforcement hearing and
potential fines.
Location: 2731 Wetmore Avenue
CITY OF EVERETT • 3002 Wetmore • Everett, WA 98201 • (206) 259-8731 • Fax (206) 259-8742 • Scan: 723-8731 '`'
