In an effort to reduce duplicate plan review and inspection we agreed the City will review and approve the water and sewer plans. Approval will generally be as the plans are that were submitted to me November 25, 1992. The City will inspect the water and sewer syntems as they are being installed in accordance with the city Standards. The modification that will be made to the water and sewer plan is that the 8" water system will be stubbed to the east property line to provide for a future looped system. The domestic water meter and deduct meter shall be installed north of the side walk on the new 8" water main, in accordance with the Water District's Standards and Specifications. The Industrial Pre -Treatment paperwork will be processed by the City of Everett and a copy supplied to the Mukilteo Water District. Upon completion of the installation, satisfactory pressure testing and bacteriological sample the Mukilteo Water District will accept service applications from the Developer. The Developer will be required to pay the District's standard water and sewer connection fees. The District will bill the customer for water and sewer service bi-monthly. The Developer will also dedicate the system and easements to the City for ownership. The Mukilteo Water District will operate the system in accordance with our agreement with the rity of Everett.
