All references mfer to the <br />1994 Uniform Building Code, as ameaded by the State of Washington anA/or Washington <br />Statc F.a:rgy Code 1995 Edition, ualess stated otherwise. <br />In order for t6e prceessing of your application to continue, it will be <br />necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of <br />drawings retlecting the corrections requested. <br />1. Everett Ciry Ordinance 1902-92 rcquires the instailation of a monitored fire de[ec[ion <br />system. Please indicate this requirement in the drawings. This ordinance also <br />rcquires the installacion of a fire suppression system for buiiding additions when che <br />resulting total area exceeds 6,000 square feet. If applicable, this requirement must <br />also be in the drawings. <br />2. <br />3. <br />Two exits arc required from thc ba.�ement. UBC 1003.1 <br />A landing is required at the top of the,loft stairway between the top step and che <br />door. UBC 1004.9 <br />,_ � The ezit doors from the main floor an required to swing outward.
