These <br />comments aJdress building iss��es only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform <br />Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington a.d/or Washing!on 5tate Energy Cude <br />1997 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the pracessing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings re0ecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />l. Please provide elcvations of all four sides of the new building. <br />2. The site plan indicates that the building will be on the property line. Based on calling this <br />a U-1 occupancy, 3 feet would be required between the building and propei�ty line unless <br />the exterior of the wall was protected by material� approved for one•hour fire-resistive <br />construction, and there were no openings in the wall. Leaving the side open would not be <br />an option.
