Demolition shall be accomplished in accordance with all City of <br />Everett codes nnd regulations and in accordance with eny requirements of the Snohomish <br />Health District regazding pest eradication. <br />. Since the building is uninhabitnble in its present condition, it m�.st be vacated and remain <br />vacated from the period of time commencing October 5, 1998, and the building must be <br />kept secured from unauthorized entry until such time as the building is repaired in <br />accordance with all current Building Code requirements end all other epplicable City of <br />Everett codes or demolished. All garbage, trash and debris must be removed immediately <br />Gom the building and tne premises, and all repairs necessary to keep the building secured <br />from unlawful entry must be made immediately. In addition, a boat that is being stored <br />on the property in violntion of Section 1939.170 of the Everett Mu:�i�ipal Code, which <br />sets forth the requirements of storing larga boats on residential lots, m�.st be removed or <br />proper[y stored. <br />VI.
