The proposal <br />must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time a <br />complete buildinq pernit application is filed, includinq <br />those not specifically set forth herein. (Exception: For <br />vestinq under the Zoninq Code, please refer to Section 44 of <br />the Zoninq Code). Contact the Planninq Department for <br />information reqardinq appeals processes for the requirements <br />listed in this document. <br />1. Detailed drawinqs in accordance with City Desiqn and <br />Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public <br />Works Department showing site parkinq layout, <br />landscapinq, utilities, storm drainaqe, temporary <br />construction erosion control, and all required <br />improvements in the public riqht-of-way. Public Works <br />Department approval of these drawings is required prior <br />to any permits being issued. All improvements shall Le <br />completed, approved, and warranted before an ocaupancy <br />permits is issued. <br />Z• Water and sewer service for this project will initially <br />be provided by the Mukilteo Water District. <br />Construction plans will need to be approved by both the <br />District and the City of Everett. <br />�.
