The Level [ E.A. work was performed in <br />accordance with currently accepted local practices for conducting such assessments. This <br />report is not meant to represent a legal opinion. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is <br />made. <br />The geotechnical exploration was performed in general accordance with locally accepted <br />geotechnical engineering proadive to provide information (or the area explored. There are <br />possible variationa in the subsudace conditions between exploration locations. We <br />recommend that a contingency for unanticipated conditions be included in the construction <br />schedule and budget.
