Three options for stormwater qualitv �nhancement-are <br />presented in the curtent Citv Stanvard. The least prefernd option is allowed onlv if the <br />tirst two options are infeasible in ihe opinion of the Puhlic �Yorks Departme�t. 'hhe <br />opdons for stormwater qualitv enhancement are, in order of preference: <br />al An infiltration basin desiened and constructed accordin¢ to Citv Standards. <br />b) A wetpond desi¢ned and constructed to City Standards. <br />c) A bafflc-type oil/water sepa�ator followed by a veqetated swale, both desi�ned <br />and constructed accordine to CiN 5tendaMs. <br />The lead aeency for this proposal has determinui that it dces not have e probable si¢nificant <br />adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under <br />RCW 43.2IC.030(2)(c). 7his determinadon assumes complience with State Iaw and Ciry <br />ordinences related to Qenerel environmental protecdon includioR but not limited to riRht-of- <br />way improvement requirements, drainaQe, etc. This decision was made after review of a <br />completed environmental checkJist and other informadon on file with the lead aQencv. This <br />informadon is available to the public on request. � <br />This MitiQated Determination of Non-Siqnificance is specifically condidoned on compliancc <br />with the conditions attached hereto which are incomorated by reference as if fully set forth <br />herein. <br />This MDNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); •he lead aRency will not act on this proposal for 15 <br />days from the ciate below.
