The proposal must compiy with all ordfnances in effnct at the timr. a completa <br />building perm(t applicatlon is fiied, including th^ce not soecitically set tor h>rein. <br />(Exception: For vesting under ihe Zoning Code, F �se re(er ta Seclion 44 0� lne ?oning Code i <br />Contact the Planning Department for information r.:garding aopeals processed fo� ihe <br />requir�ments listed in this document. <br />A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance �^�ith t ie <br />Ciry Design and Construction Slandards shall be submilted to ihe Pub!ic Works Departm �nt. <br />showing the site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction <br />erosion control, and all required improvemenls in the public righl-of-way. Public Works <br />Deparimenl approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permil i; <br />issued/final approval is :ssued. <br />2 Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Consiruction Slandards and <br />Specificalions. <br />3 Any ��rading/fi�l on this site shall be done so as to not impacl the surrounding prope rlies. <br />4. This project mwl comply with lhe current City of Everetl Building Code and Sprinkier <br />Ordinance and will need a building permit. <br />,. Special charges for connection lo lhe se.ver znd water systems in accordance with <br />Ordmance 19:�8-94 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are based un <br />projected water usage and can be subslantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of <br />the Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to building permit applicant. The act�.al <br />charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in ef(ect at lhe <br />time and according lo the informalion on ihe approved plans at Ihe lime of building permit <br />issuance. <br />f� Lack of commenl on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval o` <br />these plans. <br />7 A(ire hydrant is required within 200 driving (eet but not closer than 50 feet o( every slrudure <br />FS Ciry streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris al atl limes during construction.
