The slenciling needs to be repeated, approximalely <br />annrally, when the paint wears off. The developer/owner may either perform lhe stenciling, <br />or give permission (or volunleer groups to enter onto lhe property and perform �!;a stenciling. <br />32 Parking must be per City Zoning Code and Cily Design and Construction Standards and <br />Specifications For ihe proposed 19 single-family units a minimum o( 38 parking stalls are <br />reqwred. <br />:i3. Garbage receptacles, dumpsters, and recycle bins shall be provided in all multiple <br />family, commercial, induslrial, and institutional developments and shall not be located in a <br />required front yard selback area, or sireel side setback area for comer lols. LVhere an alley <br />abuts s lot, the garbage receptacles, dumpster, or recycle bin shail be located adjacent to ihe <br />alley. <br />b. All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins musl be screened from view from the street <br />and (rom adjacent properties.
