These comments address building issues only, additional <br />revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br />or Fire). Provide protection from impact for appliances installed in g�rages. <br />4. Show on plans how all deck joists aze supported (show deck fiaming). <br />S. Provide smoke detectors in all sleeping rooms/1210 UBC. <br />6. Provide 5/8" type 'X' gwb on all walls in garage that support a living space <br />above. Wcap posts and beams. <br />7. Provide minimum lateral restraint panel on IeR side of garage door. <br />8. Dimensions on foundation/lower floer plan aze not legible.
