ENVIR�NMENTALLY SENSITIVE AREA <br />PROTECTIVE COVENANT <br />TO ALL WHOM THESE PRESENTS CONCERN: <br />g5�?7��0%�g <br />Notice is hereby given that Benchmack cuila Corporation <br />owners of the following described tract of land, situated in Snohomish County: <br />t+[7�F - - <br />e <br />Do hereby covenant and declare that in consideration of the City of Everett <br />permitting aevelopment activity on the above-described proparty that a portion of <br />the above-described property which is legally described below is hereby <br />designated as an environmentally sensitive area in accordance with the <br />provisions of the City of Everett's Zoning Code. All vegetation including trees, <br />shrubs and ground covE,r which exists within the area described below sh211 <br />remain in its natural stat� and shall not be disturbed. There shall be no cutting, <br />removal, clearing or mudificetion of any vegetation within said area unless <br />approved by the City of Everett.
