The <br />documentation consisted o! a pholographic record of ihe conslruction, including excavation, <br />installation of ihe ilow control piping, rock-bed, amended soils, and pond (ormation The <br />coniractor also measured Qie buttom areas (or Mr. Ash, noting tha� the average Iloor area for all <br />cells is likely to exceed 400 square feet mimmum bottom area for rock the beds. <br />The amended soil blend was ihe Ferti-mulch product prepared by the Thomas Family Farm, <br />(Topsods Norihwest Inc.) on Marsh Rd in Snohomish, Washmyton, which is made o( a high <br />qualdy compost produced trom manures and beddmg matenals and is cured for at least one <br />year. Land Technologies has expenence with lhis product and facility and consi:ler il on� of tlie <br />better products for use ih bio-ce�i consiruction.
