The <br />documentation consisted o( a photoyraphic recorci oI the construction, including excavation, <br />installation ot the flow control piping, rock-hed, amendod soils, and pond formalion. The <br />contractor also measured the bottom areas for Mr. Ash, noting thal lhe avorage fioor area for all <br />r,ells is likely to axceed 400 square (eet minimum bottom ��ma for rock tho beds. <br />The amended soil blend was iho FoAi-mulch product prepared by the Thomas Family Farm, <br />(Topsoil's Norihwest Inc ) on Marsh Rd in Snohomish, Washington, which is made ol a lugh <br />quality compost produced from manures and boddiny materials and is cured for a� least one <br />year. Land Technologies has expenence wdh Ihis producl and facility and consider it one of Ihe <br />bolter products (or use in bio-cell conslruction.
