These comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may <br />be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />1991 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State <br />Energy Code 1991, 2nd Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />1. The plans submitted are incomplete. The comments that follow are general in nature and rray <br />not be complete. <br />An additional plan review response may be required after receipt of completed plans. <br />An additional plan review fee will be assessed at the rate of $30.00 per hour and addidonal <br />permit fees will be assessed based on the increased valuation of the project. A plumbing <br />permit must also be obtained. <br />Revised plans based on the attached checklist must be submitted. The plans must illustrate the <br />entire house and garage area (both floors) and must indicate � new work that has been <br />completed aRer April 7, 1992. <br />2.
