Phase I consists <br />of the construction of three buildings totaling 20,300 square feet in area <br />and Phase II consisting af a 2,250 squa�e foot addition to Buliding A in <br />Phase I and an additional building 7,500 square feet in area. The total <br />buildiny area for both phases will be approximately 30,300 square feet. <br />LOCATION: 11419 19th Avenue S.E. <br />EXISTING ZONING: 8-1 <br />GENERAL PLAN: Neighborhood Business <br />SHORELINE DFSIGNATION: Urban (Snohomish County) <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: An environmental review has been conducted �n <br />this project by the Cily of Everett with a Mitigated Determination of Non- <br />Significance being issued on January 10, 1997. This is a statement that this <br />project (subject to the mitigation requirements contained in the Mitigated <br />Determination oi Non-Significance) doe, not have a probable significant adverse <br />impact on the environment and an Environmental Impact Statement will not be <br />prepared pricr to development of this project. <br />
