The buildings are a nuisance to the health, safcry, and welfare of <br />the public, and is considered to bc substandard pursuant to Sec. 1001 of <br />the U�uform Housing Code. <br />The buildings is declamd to be dangerous pursuact? to Sec. 301 of the Uniform Code <br />for the abateinent of Dangerous buildings: <br />1. The buildings exist in violation of specific requirements applicable to <br />such buildings provided by the building regulations of this jurisdiction, <br />as specified in the Building Code and Housing Code as adopted by <br />Ordinance of this juriscliction relating to the condition of buildings. <br />2. The buildings has become an attrnctive nuisance to minors and a harbor <br />for vagrants. <br />3.
