Although the Building portian of <br />the permit received final approval on September 10, 1998, there hu been no Plumbing <br />inspettion. The Uniform Building Code provides that all permiu expire by limitation if the <br />work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time aher work is <br />commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring <br />without documencation of completion and without the Certificace of Occupancy, you may: <br />1) Request fnal inspeaion of the plumbing work, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br />Depanroent for micro6lming without final approval.
