A boundary line adjuetment was proposed to move the esst <br />property Ilne 10 feet to the west. Approximately 600 cubic yards of eerth would be either <br />excavated or brought in to replece unsuiteble netive aoiis. <br />ADDENDUM: The proposal is the conetruction of a 15, �00 at office complex in two or <br />threa two•story buildinys. The boundary line adJuatment hes been completed. The office <br />proposal hee bean revised to comply wrth exiatinp Zoning Code etandac�ls. A wetland <br />buffer width reduction and lendscepe modificetion are proposed.
