IIOUSING CODE INSPECTION RGI'ORT <br />� <br />FROM: MARIAN DENT, CITY OF GVERETT, HOUSING 1NSPECTOR ��° <br />DATE: May 24, 1994 <br />SUBJ: 2016 120th PI SE, Everett, WA <br />An inspection of lhis building was conducted toclay, and piclures were taken. The <br />revealed several deficiencies which may be deemed detrimenG�? to the health, safety, <br />and welfare of public as defined in the Unifonn Housing Code, and the Uniform Code <br />for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. These conditions may be sufficient to <br />declare the building to be substandard and/or dangerous. <br />The following is a list of violations noted pursuant to Sec. 1001 the Uniform Housin�� <br />Code: <br />1. The interior has been complctely gu�ted exposing studs throughout the <br />building. <br />2• All vital systems, electrical, plumbing, and heating have becn dest+.oyed. <br />3. The chimney of the building is falling apart. <br />4. The roof is deteriorated, and rotted. <br />5• Windows are missing gluing. <br />b• Gxterior doors and windows are missing, exposing Ihe interior [o the <br />exterior clemenls. <br />7. Thcre is dry rot throughout the building. <br />8. Landings and steps are missing at exterior exiting. <br />9. The building is open to the public and is frequented by transients. <br />10. The building is an attractive nuisance ro inquisitive minors. <br />
